Abstract

The existing permanent magnet DC motor comprises carbon brush and a carbon brush holder (FIG.1). The friction on the carbon brush will generate carbon powder which will cause short circuit at the adjacent electrical component. Existing solution is to cover silica gel or hot melt adhesive to cover the pins of the electric components. However, too much carbon powder is accumulated; there will still be short circuit risk.

The article proposes to add a cover 1 (FIG.3) on the carbon brush holder so as to isolate the carbon brush with the other electric components.

             一种永磁直流电机的碳刷支架 目前的永磁直流电机由外壳、转子、碳刷、碳刷支架组成。如下图 1。碳刷支架采 用的敞开式结构,如图 2。内部电容、电感的引脚部基本是暴露在空气中,碳刷长 时间磨损产生的碳粉很容易使内部元器件引脚之间或引脚和电机外壳之间短路,导 致产品高压测试失败。虽然有的厂家会在电子元器件连接部分涂硅胶或热熔胶,希 望通过这种方式阻隔碳粉和电子元器件引脚,改善短路的风险,但是胶本身更容易 吸附碳粉,当碳粉数量很多的时候,该方案的还是会失效。
