Disclosed is a method and system for dynamically distributing roles to available users within a spatial proximity to respond to a clinical emergency. The method and system detects the clinical emergency and identifies the available users within the spatial proximity. For the clinical emergency, the method and system selects the roles or tasks within a set of tasks and distributes the tasks to the available users.

Following figure illustrates an exemplary flow of the method and system for dynamically distributing roles to available users within a spatial proximity to respond to a clinical emergency.

As illustrated in figure, the method and system detects the clinical emergency either by using mobile devices that detects the clinical emergency or based on a manual report provided by a third party person.

By detecting the clinical emergency, the method and system checks a mobile or cloud based data store to retrieve a necessary task set and selects the roles or tasks for the clinical emergency. The tasks are associated with preferred qualifications or priorities of selection criteria.
