Method and System for Resolving Communication Conflicts

Disclosed is a method and system for resolving communication conflicts. The method and system monitors messages and modifies a content of the messages that ensures a positive outcome of the messages. The messages can be, but need not be limited to, email messages, social networking website posts and other type of group communications.

The method and system monitors messages received and sent by a sender and analyses contents of a message that is drafted to send using a language-sentiment model. Then, the method and system updates the message by modifying contents of the message. Then, the method and system presents the message that are updated to the sender and obtains a confirmation from the sender to send the message. Also, the method and system provides additional question for further discussions among recipients of the message. Thus, the method and system allows the sender to send the message in a positive manner.

As illustrated in figure, the method and system scans a message drafted by a sender to send. Then, the method and system looks for messages sent from the sender and received by recipients to determine a language -response sentiment model.

Alternatively, the method and system may use all the messages or part of the messages to determine the language-response sentiment model.

Once the language-response sentiment model is obtained, the method and system normalizes the language-response sentimental model across similar senders to obtain data that is further used to provide accurate predictions.
