Providing digital business is a critical requirement as organizations try to gain an advantage through fast actions on opportunities and customer situations. Most organizations have a variety of e-commerce and advertising platforms in place to provide customers with a lot of information in a short period. This includes a range of customer options for services, applications, and products. The company's goal is for the customer to make a purchase on the website. The challenge for companies, especially in a competitive global marketplace, is to keep the customer engaged long enough to see all the options and select products or services for purchase.

Common solutions to this problem include providing static written and video content for informational and marketing purposes. These and similar approaches suffer from the overhead of managing such static data, which is eventually ineffective and not valuable to the actual customer buying experience. Companies also take advantage of live chat services to answer customers' questions; however, this method is not effective for generating value to the solution, product, or service that is specific to the customer's needs.

While the technologies and infrastructure make high grade digital presence available to the customer, a method is needed in the digital buying experience to convert the current set of statically created product contents to a personalized context that connects with the customer.

The novel contribution is a Real Time Solution Builder with a cognitive intelligence for the digital marketplace. The system analyzes various public user and company data sources, along with a proprietary awareness of business relationships, to organically create a user profile. It then relates that profile to an existing customer database of profiles and purchases and the existing set of solutions. The system can then identify and produce highly targeted messaging during a user session within the corporate website.

This system addresses the shortcomings of the statically defined list of featured and related products by providing a real-time dynamic list of products based on a real-time awareness of the solutions and products that best meet the customers' needs. This real-time awareness comes from the cognitive intelligence derived from the various disparate sources and is presented to the customer by understanding the core business problem and background of the customer. Moreover, because the method leverages an individual's social computing and an organization's disparate data (e.g., marketing, business, sales, documentation, etc.), this real-time evaluation of the solutions and products is automatically aligned with what the users expect in other contexts.
