A Method and System for Prioritizing Servers in Restaurant

Disclosed is a method and system for prioritizing servers in restaurant. The method and system prioritizes food service based on impacts of food quality over time and reservations set for a table in future time.

The method and system is configured to check dishes that are expected to deteriorate in quality as time elapses and prioritizes the food delivery service. The method and system is configured to prioritize table turns for reservation by tracking orders by item and time taken for a table to complete the food delivery. Here, the prioritization of food service is based on the impact of food quality to be served and the need for reserving a table to a customer based on previous purchases/spending patterns of the customer.

Further, the method and system is configured to track returns in restaurant and update the quality of the food and time indication. The method and system also reads a reservation list which includes, table size/location required by the customer and cross references the reservation list with historical purchases and loyalty programs of the customer to check whether the next table is very valuable. Thus, the method and system utilizes predictive analytics to optimize preparation and delivery of food.
