A method and system is disclosed for validating an electronics manufacture automatically through high speed serialized empirical data collection. The method and system collects empirical data by performing an eye scan process for serializer-deserializer silicon (SERDES) lane. Disclosed is a method and system for validating an electronics manufacture automatically through high speed serialized empirical data collection. The method and system collects empirical data by performing an eye scan process for every serializer-deserializer silicon (SERDES) lane. By analyzing the empirical data, the method and system verifies a satisfaction of minimum quality of each board and sub-optimal units in a system before shipping to a customer.

The method and system executes code that collects a unique identifier of every board in a system. Once the unique identifier is obtained, the method and system executes appropriate programs in parallel that begin an eye scan process for each serializer-deserializer silicon (SERDES) lane. The eye scan process collects raw text files which can be quickly processed in a system for operating health. In an embodiment, the method and system periodically runs the eye scan process within the system to verify an operating health of the system against changing environmental factors and subtle problems that are caused by system age, such as solder joint fatigue.

Then the method and system sends the raw text files collected by the eye scan process to a processing server. Upon sending the raw text files to the server, the method and system allows the server to look for new data bundles corresponding to a new board.
