Methods intelligently embedding the required information request for the sender , based on the recipients and senders work environment

In the area of “Customer Support”, providing resolution to the customer is delayed in many cases. Many  a times, the reason behind this long waiting time is the insufficient information provided by the  customer in an email. There are no easy ways today which can be followed to reduce the back and forth  information exchange queries.

Recipients identification triggers the e‐mail system to enable the user with an option to mandate /  request certain fields in the email that they would receive from the senders based on vibrant work areas  of the senders.

Provisions:

1. Watermark information required items for the sender based on the recipient(s) added in the To list. 2. Altering the information required items based on the sender's previous information / available history. 3. Managing the watermarked information items based on each sender.

Proposed solution would allow the user (Recipient /  Sender) to customize the settings of their  Email‐ID(s) in a way that they could mandate / request “Subject”, “Body” with certain needed fields for  certain / specific contacts. User could customize these settings on their profile. After this, whenever a  person wants to send the Email to the registered User, they would be prompted to fill out the requested  information by the Recipient.

Please follow the below scenarios.

User Scenarios:

Recipient(s):  Recipient(s) should configure their E‐Mail account settings with the option to  request/mandate necessary fields. Once they setup their account with the addressed feature, they

would receive E‐Mail only when the requested information is added. If there are multiple recipients, all  the information would be merged so that each Recipient is allowed to find the information they need.   Recipient can have a list of mandate / request information parameters set on user's profiles. This will  help contacts of different categories to provide information based on their business interaction with the  user. This information requirement statistics would be triggered and presented to the sender when any  sender belonging to a specific group or is a specific contact enters the recipients email id in the TO list  For e.g. This recipients Manager need not receive a request or  will not be mandatorily asked to provided  the information as this would be irrelevant ask for user. Likewise, this recipient might be dealing with  different customers based on different customized services provided to them. Based on these  customized services, the recipient can have the parameters set on his profile categorizing them to  specific groups / members. This further can be handled intelligently based on users interaction with the  customers / contacts.

Sender:  Sender could be a non‐registered user of this feature. As soon as the Sender starts composing  an email, the E‐mail address in the “To” field...
