Abstract

Disclosed is a system which captures all communications made during project execution and thereby integrates verbal, written and body language specific communication captured through IOT enabled biometric parameters such as: a) movement of body parts (image), frequency of such movements (image + statistics), b) spikes of such movements (statistics), c) blood pressure (IOT sensor value statistics), d) rate of heart beat (IOT sensor value statistics) etc. The system also analyzes the captured communication to build a comprehensive Psycholinguistic profile of each individual of an enterprise. The System manages all the comprehensive Psycholinguistic profile of each member within the enterprise as one single enterprise model that represents ecosystem of comprehensive Psycholinguistic profiles. The system uses the Ecosystem for an enterprise to recommend user about better communication approach for any forth coming discussion.

At the onset of big data analytics, cognitive computing are developing very fast and as the computing power and each day, The disclosed system is able to process all these communication and come up with a comprehensive psycholingu below scenarios.

Successful case of communication / seeking approval by :

a) a communicator to another person (another person may be a requester, subordinate, manager or approver) b) a communicator to a group of approvers (for example design authority)

The system forms an Enterprise Psycholinguistic Ecosystem by integrating the psycholinguistic profiles thus gen in an enterprise.

The system integrates the Ecosystem with information from individual Organizer and predicts the probability of forthcoming meeting for any particular user based on the recent updates to Enterprise Psycholinguistic Ecosystem

Based on the above prediction and specific training, the system recommends the user about the best communicat that particular discussion for getting best outcome.

Without this system and context of recent information about key stakeholder's present state of mind, at present in enter into a non-favourable meeting discussion that ends with dissatisfactory outcome.
