In the current day scenario, identifying right contacts per need per location has become a great

challenge. Usually the end user is aware of a global number which is uniform across a country

or a given geography and once the user dials to this number, the call is transferred to a central

call center which in turn represent the company and passes the request to its nearest outlet .

This kind of model results in resource wastage in terms of network, time, person etc.

With this kind of implementation, assume a scenario where in an individual carrying mobile met

with an accident at "Location-X". Consider in this situation wherein the person still has

consciousness and places a call to 911 for help. This call reaches to a 911 agent who will in

turn obtain the patients coordinates and accordingly identifies the nearest hospitals /ambulance

and communicates about the emergency to the concerned hospital authorities. This kind of

implementation results in consumption of additional resources (person, application etc.) and

adds time delay. Instead if the individual is aware of the nearest hospital telephone number, the

patient could have received instant help by avoid routing of calls.

Similarly assume another scenario where in an individual travelled to a new place (as a part of

business trip) and is wearing a wearable gadget which contains sensors to detect hunger. In

this situation the person is aware that a global food chain operates in this new place, he/she

searches for its telephone number and places a call for delivery. This call reaches to a remote

food chain agent who in turn collect the individual address and accordingly routes the request to

its outlet nearest to his / her address. This kind of implementation results in consumption of

additional resources (person, application etc.) and adds time delay. Instead if the individual is

aware of the nearby restaurant which could deliver food is lesser time than food chain

company, he / she could get food in no time and helps balances the enzyme imbalances.

The core reason for the above mentioned problems are lack of intelligence that helps in auto

feeding / assigning contacts to speed dials, favorites based on necessity of the hour.

Disclosed is a method and system for auto feed of appropriate contacts built from scratch (not

just re-arranging stored contacts), per category, per location and urgency / need of the hour are

identified and fed to the speed dialer functionality. The method and system comprises of a

modified speed dial configuration UI to support assignment of categories (such as, 1= {category:
