During Recruitment the first point of considering or filtering a candidate is going to be his/her resume. So to boost this factor many people provide incorrect data in their respective resume’s or curriculum vitae. Traditionally the recruiting company does a background check on the final selected candidates to curb this issue. This process of background check not only utilizes a lot of resources and a huge amount of time it also increases the chances of a recruiter rejecting a skillful well deserved candidate on the basis of his resume while selecting a lower skilled person who has inaccurate data in his resume.The problem at hand which occurs during a Recruitment is candidates provide incorrect data in their respective Resumes or curriculum vitae.

Disclosed is the solution to this problem which can be solved by acting from the initial stages of recruitment i.e. As soon as the candidate uploads his resume into the recruiting company’s Job Board. We also ask him to provide sufficient proof’s like scanned copies of certificates or URL's for electronic certificates and online websites on which he has achieved his achievements listed in his Resume or curriculum vitae along with his social media accounts which help provide the basis and strength to the data for each entry he made on the resume or curriculum vitae which further helps to authenticate and validate the data provided by him in the resume.

This data is sent to the product here called as Resume Authentication Engine which uses Optical Character Recognition to validate his certificates and for the URL's he provided we use Web Scanning, Crawling and API integration to validate the data as posted by him in his resume or curriculum vitae and we get a JSON or XML based output report after the analyzing phase in the product which is then sent to the recruiter with a FLAG attached to each field a ONE if the field is validated else ZERO.

Thus helping us grade candidates resume or curriculum vitae on field bases while providing a detailed and flag based report of all the fields he declared in his resume this reduces the utilization of resources and saves a lot of time by largely eliminating mundane tasks like background checks while at the same perspective eliminating the chances of a recruiter rejecting a skillful well deserved candidate on the basis of his resume when compared to a less skillful person with incorrect fake data on his resume, giving ample time for the recruiter to concentrate and take a free friendly hassle free interview to the candidate.

Advantages: Validates Resumes whether data provided in them is accurate or incorrect which further eliminates Background Checks.

Uses field based Reporting of the resume to the recruiter which gives a detailed report of all the fields either it is correct or incorrect so based on these fields it helps the recruiter in knowing which data is true and which fields failed...
