Abstract

A method for scoring the severity level (risk) on shelf incompliance, in multiple business levels: the mod (a vertical set of shelves), the aisle, the store, the chain's region and the entire chain. This invention allows managers, to evaluate and monitor over time and compare shelf incompliance errors across different mods/aisles/stores. etc. It also provides a tool for prioritizing and assigning tasks of fixing the errors according to criticality such as losing sales, and business impact, even as perceived outside the scope of a department and a store.
