You may include drawings and highlighting as appropriate. The idea is based on the following steps: 1. Ingest a video file into the device. 2. The device picks up key flames from the ingested file, numbers them in chronological order, and stores as P(n). P(n) consists of the timestamp and flame data which the device processed. 3. The device stores the sound data around the timestamp of P(n). This sound data is defined as s(n). 4. The device stores the metadata at the timestamp of P(n). This metadata is defined as m(n). 5. The device calculates the change rate between P(n-1) and P(n). If the rate is above Tp, which is the threshold defined in advance, the device determines there was a significant change at the time of the P(n) and it marks the P(n) as the data for API analysis. If the rate is below Tp, the device determines there was no significant change and skips the P(n) and then calculates the change rate between P(n-1) and P(n+1). 6.
