Abstract

This technical disclosure proposes the design of a locking arrangements for power link box (PLB). In current design, locking arrangement is mechanical which is very difficult as it needs too much force and time to open. So person will face difficulty to open it. The proposed design in locking arrangement gives two alternatives. First alternative proposes a design in the locking arrangement of PLB to make it spring loaded with two switches, one in right side and another one in left side. So when the person want to see the left side of PLB he will press the left switch and cover will open only in that side and he can make his changes, now same will happen in right side. Second alternative proposes the locking arrangement of PLB by making it spring loaded with a single switch so that PLB opens by pressing the main switch from all sides. This concept enables easy reworking and gives flexibility in operation of PLB locking. Anyone can open it very easily due to this design, as with this design we have to only press the switch and it will open automatically.

The proposed designs for locking arrangement of power link box in accordance with this technical

disclosure provides several advantages. Previously lock was mechanical and lower part having rib and

upper part having hole to take that rib. With PLB (power link Box) having mechanical lock it will take too

much force and time to open and close the box. It is having 4 lock 2 on left and 2 on right side which is too

complicated. If person has to open and close PLB many time then it will be very difficult...
