Method and System for Maximizing User’s Engagement with a Patient

Sometimes, a patient like child or elder person is not able to clearly convey about a medical problem to a person, such as, but not limited to parent, caretaker. In this case, the person is not able to clearly understand or diagnose the patient’s medical condition.

Thus, there exists a need for a method and system to improve and maximize the first engagement with a person needing care.

Disclosed is a method and system for assisting a parent/caretaker to maximize an engagement with a patient.

In order to assists parents/caretakers, the method and system first records/ receives a patient’s engagement data such as, but not limited to, patient’s sound, video, written word and image. Thereafter, the engagement data is analyzed for identifying additional details such as language, sentiment, potential diagnosis, tone, pitch, whine baseline and non-whine baseline. Subsequently, the analyzed data is compared with past history of the patient or with a cloud database having crowed information such as, but not limited to, medical records, phone calls, similar incidents and providing a hint/suggestion to the user to reach a diagnosis.
