TITLE: System for enabled screen sharing detection after meeting end

Abstract:

Adoption of simple association rules to detect when teleconference has been ended and screen sharing is still active.

System that warns user that screen sharing is still enabled although teleconference has been ended. Such system may also based on setting close/stop sharing tool automatically. System consists of the following steps: 1. Detection - system can detect if enabled screen sharing is no longer needed based on: - synchronization with calendar entries (calendar entry contains link to sharing / teleconference information) - check if there is no calendar entry associated with screen sharing link - synchronization with teleconference - if the user dropped from phone conference there is no further need to share the screen - feedback loop - gather user feedback to self learn and build user pattern to better detect anomalies. 2. Warning and cleaning - based on previous rules that can be predefined/updated by the user (even self- learning loop based on feedback can be used) system prompts the warning to the user that screen sharing or camera is active. System can be also set to automatically end the sharing based on learn behavior or predefined rules.
