Abstract

As more and more women are returning to the work place very soon after having babies, accommodating their need to express breast milk while at work is becoming increasingly more important. At present, women make a choice between having a very expensive milk extraction system that has a fancy and obvious insulated case, or having an inexpensive model and designing their own carrying container. What is needed is a way for women to be able to carry their breast pump system easily and discreetly. An inexpensive carrying case for a breast pumping system is the solution. The case resembles an oversized handbag and opens up to show two compartments with molded, recessed chambers designed to hold the standard detachable parts of a breast pumping system.
