The frames (14 LD. or 16 LD. CERDIP) are stacked one on top of the other with approximately .030 space between them. Lead frames are resting on two rollers ,756 diameter x .187 wide and on 1.625 centers. The rollers have 2 slots 160" apart. The slots are ,020 wide at outer surface of roller. There are two relief holes, ,076 diameter on ,666 bolt circle, at base of slots. Slots are .020 deep when they break through ,076 diameter holes. Inside of slot, that breaks through .076 diameter hole, is filed to blend into larger diameter. This allows only one frame to enter Slot and still allow frame to pivot as it is lowered down into boat. End of frames enters slot no more than ,050; this is important. Hardened tool steel guides captivate frame on both sides. See sketch attached.
