Abstract

(1) QUANTUM DIODE FULL-ADDER The full-adder consists of two quantum diodes like a full-adder. Four states of the bottom diode and six MOS transistors. The three input signals are used to produce combination of CARRY and are labeled as A, B and C while the outputs are SUM-BAR outputs. The logic value of the output CARRY and SUM-BAR. With proper size ratio of signals relative to the number of transistor turned transistors and quantum diodes, this circuit behaves on is listed in Table 1.
