In wireline telephony, wake-up call scheduling This invention consists of a new service that is available in the hotel industry via operator or allows the iDEN mobile subscriber user to schedule automated interface, and non-automated conference certain types of calls using the subscriber unit. The call arranging services (e.g., "InterCall") are com- monplace. In the current implementation of the new service, "ON TIME Conferencing" allows the user to schedule such calls using the iDEN sub- scriber unit as follows: iDEN system there is no provision to schedule, in advance, a group call or individual call, that is, there is no existing method which allows a subscriber to instruct the iDEN system to engage a pre-defined group and/or individuals in a dispatch call at a pre- determined time.
