Abstract

With an explosion in two way wireless data communication we must address new product fea- tures which will make Motorola's products easier to use and more acceptable in the marketplace. Two way data device users are usually communicating with the same circle of colleagues who carry similar type of devices and there are certain types of mes- sage behaviors that can be observed and taken advantage of. Data content of the messages sent are usually related to their daily activities performed on the job such us: Message: How is test progressing?
