Disclosed is a mechanism of automatic tilt hinge for LCD panel. (See fig.1) A built-in an automatic tilt hinge on LCD panel realizes mechanical stress reduction of each parts, comfortable moving and automatic control. A hinge is set at rotated axis on LCD panel. (See fig.2) A rotated axis is shaft 9. Fixture on the system side is fixed in motor drive1fixture, and rotating parts on the display side is fixed in base plate6fixture or reverse fixed is enable. Enclosed Lubricant3 between base plate6 and friction plate7 and pressure bases friction torque hinge on boundary lubrication condition by spring4 pressure. Friction plate7 is attached on worm wheel8. Worm gear is formed by Worm2 and worm wheel8. Worm is rotated at motor drive1. Motor drive1 can properly introduce the gear system. Worm gear as an interface between motor drive and friction plate makes same result by using face gear in spite of changing rotate direction. Motor drive1 rotate worm2, and worm wheel8 is rotating round on shaft9. Next, Base plate6 starts to rotate by friction between friction plate7 and base plate6. That is worm wheel8, friction plate7, and base plate6 start to rotate as one. In case of charging stress over friction force between friction plate 7 and base plate6 when driving or stopping, moving occurs on friction plate and rotating parts start to rotate. In this case, motor drive1, worm2, worm wheel8 and friction plate7 is one. Therefore, this system has same function as conventional torque hinge, and can be protected from large foreign stress of motor drive1 and worm gear. Because of this function is given to each axis, degree of freedom of rotating can be given optionally.
