Disclosed here is a new method to enforce an advertisement for Web Services. Web Services allows to describe, discover and invoke services dynamically in a distributed computing environment(the Internet), and the typical implementation of Web Services is Remote Procedure Call(RPC) using Simple Object Access Protocol(SOAP). There are two types of commercial web sites in the present time. The one provides information to restricted users only, who had previously registered or authenticated, and the other provides information freely to any user, with an advertisement. In the near future, Web Services environment will be popular. The former web site will be used as is, but the latter needs to be changed the current method, since the SOAP-RPC is just a function call, and user can get the information only. The SOAP-RPC has the header field which accepts the additional information such as an advertisement, but there are no guarantee that the advertisement is shown to user. In fact, if the user creates his own Web Services client using general Web Services proxy, user can get the information only.
