A program is disclosed that low cost and high precision inertial latch can be generated in tiny space. The latch is typically used in Hard Disk Drive (HDD). Lever type inertial is made up of two items (lever and latch, Ref Fig 1.). Mostly lever is made of plastic or metal. Plastic lever needs more space than metal lever because of the density. Metal lever consists of 4 parts (counter weight, 2 pins and plate) by laser welding up to now. New lever can accomplish low cost by removing 2 pins from lever and adding 2 pins to latch.(Ref Fig2.)
