Abstract

The idea is that consumers use a private butler service. The private butler holds - to the extend the individual user allows - private and business relevant data and thus is enabled to conduct transactions in behalf of the consumer. The area of transaction can range from pure information gathering over commercial transaction and even up to social or individual needs - those are different trust levels. The private butler accompanies in optimum a person its entire life time and is able to learn and adapt personal patterns. This only is possible if the private butler enhances continuously the level of trust the consumer is willing to anticipate (e-trust concept).
