Light-tile with cladding

Presently existing roof light tiles of motor cars have the disadvantage that efficiency is low and small white dots or other optical disturbances are necessary to direct light downwards towards the passengers. Besides, said roof light tiles does not block sun radiation sufficiently, leading e.g. to a too high temperature increase inside the car. Now a (roof) light tile is disclosed comprising electrical white dots/lines optionally combined with an optical prism or lens array for directing said light downwards. An electrical active mirror is added at the top of the light tile to enhance efficiency and to block sunlight from entering the car.

The roof tile is schematically built up according to the drawing as shown in the figure.
