Abstract

The disclosed àoncept involves a method for creating color typewritten documents, ~ thin sheet of translucent matte film, which looks like paper, is used as the backing0 In practice, one creating the color document would type on the sheet as on paper0 When it is desired to type in color, a colored carbon paper is inserted under the film with the coated side facing the operator0 By typing in the stencil mode, color carbon impressions are made on the back side of the film but show through the film because it is translucent, With this method, there are no typewritter positioning problems and the carbon paper can be made relatively stiff to be readily handled,
