Abstract

The device allows reliable sensing of the orientation position of the tail end of small springs used in keyboard pivot plate sub-assemblies. It is a non-touch-sensing method that does not require electrical contact. It self-checks before each test cycle, effectively handles small sized springs, and is easily fitted to existing equipment at low cost. (Image Omitted)
