This article describes an internal bead scavenger that removes magnetic
carrier beads/particles from a rotating surface.
The figure shows the internal bead scavenger ASM (1) with a magnet (2) and
a brush (3) that sweeps magnetic carrier beads/particles off of a rotating surface (4). After these beads/particles are swept off of the rotating surface they are
attracted to the magnet (2). At this point the bead scavenger can be removed
and the collected beads/particles can be wiped off.
