Concept Search - What can I type?
For a concept search, you can enter phrases, sentences, or full paragraphs in English. For example, copy and paste the abstract of a patent application or paragraphs from an article.
Concept search eliminates the need for complex Boolean syntax to inform retrieval. Our Semantic Gist engine uses advanced cognitive semantic analysis to extract the meaning of data. This reduces the chances of missing valuable information, that may result from traditional keyword searching.

Remove "Mail Waiting" Indicator When Mail is Processed by Another User
When users receive a "Mail waiting" indication for shared mail (affinity use)
and one of those users processes that mail, the "Mail waiting" indicator will be
removed for the other users.
If new mail arrival ("Mail waiting") status has been indicated to users and one
of those users handles that mail, then the other users are left with a false
indication that new mail is waiting that has not been handled by another user.
When one of the users, within a group of users who share mail, processes
new mail, a change notice is sent to the other users systems. When those
systems receive that notice, if a "Mail waiting" indication is present, it will be
removed by the receiving system.
This process provides the user with an accurate picture of the status of
his/her mail or other mail they may process.
