The circuit board magazine, suitable for automated use, consists of a box-shaped deep-drawn plastic element 1 accommodating the circuit boards 2. The corners of the magazine are provided with steps 3. In the area of these steps, steel tubes 5 with caps 4 are arranged which permit the magazines to be stacked and circuit boards 2 to be guided and positioned for an automatic pick-up system. In addition, steel tubes 5 are used for indexing holes through two clearances (not shown) in the bottom of the magazine.
