Multiple composite power sources in a console mounting are uniquely controlled to allow selection of a variety of different test voltages. The control circuit allows pre-selection of maximum, nominal, tolerance, and stress voltage levels permitting semi-automatic testing of components, subassemblies or various combinations of components and/or subassemblies. The system shown provides the capability of pre-selection and adjustment of maximum voltage levels along with a multiplicity (five as shown) of additional voltage levels for each of a plurality (e.g., four) of programmable power sources to a device-under-test (DUT). Five additional voltage levels are used to select a nominal voltage level, and +/- tolerance and +/- stress voltage levels about the nominal voltage level output.
