Printed Circuit Board Component Spacer

An elongated H-shaped plastic spacer 1 is used to position an electrical circuit component 2 on a printed circuit card or board 3. The leads of component 2 are soldered to the board 3 with the spacer 1 in place and supporting the component 2. Component 2 may be, for example, a resistor or capacitor. Fig. 1 is a perspective view, and Fig. 2 is an end view of the assembly.
