Abstract

For purposes of security access to a semiconductor chip or microprocessor and for reliability evaluations, a small bit pattern is provided on the chip or microprocessor which may be fabricated, as an electrically programmable need only memory (EPROM), with a first level metal allowing designated bits to be programmed at kerf test.
