A stack assembly of printed circuit cards comprises a plurality of printed circuit cards, having printed circuits and electronic elements (modules, etc.) thereon, and connectors interposed between the respective printed circuit cards for detachably stacking and connecting the printed circuit cards mechanically and electrically. The connectors have pins which pass through holes provided in the printed circuit cards. The pins of the connectors are electrically connected to each other to form common buses in the stacking direction of the printed circuit cards, and three-dimensional electric circuits are formed by selective connection and disconnection between the common buses and electrically conductive circuit patterns on the printed circuit cards.
