Presently used voltage/current stimulus and measurement modules use mechanical relays or FET switches to change the mode from a voltage to a current forcing (measuring) function. Two circuits that can be used as V/I stimulus and response modules in automated test equipment use a minimum number of FET switches. This results in improvements in cost and reliability especially when several are used in a single test system.
