Self gating AND (SGA) circuits are well known in the Josephson art for providing proper outputs from storage latch circuits to logic networks. These circuits are designed to work with only true inputs, or with both true and complement inputs. have the margins and timing advantages which the true and complement input circuits have. In order to make the operation of true-only SGA circuits more favorable, it is proposed to use a DC bias at the input of the complementary device of a true and complementary input SGA in order to allow the SCA to operate as a true-only SGA with equivalent operating margins.
