Printing Constants in Cells. A CRT terminal is used. A previously programmed blank "grid" is commanded to appear on the CRT screen. The grid comprises columns identified by letters and the rows by numbers at the edges of the screen. The display screen also shows a menu of previously programmed commands and operators from which the user selects for insertion into the grid to design his menu. Only those commands and expressions are displayed that are logically permissible following some previous set of instructions inputted by the user. This function reduces the probability of human errors of omission or commission.
