Two Way Data Selector With Transfer Devices

This circuit utilizes a depletion load device T3 and two enhancement transfer devices (T1 and T2) to realize a two-way data selector. The circuit operates as follows: When clock C is high, C will be low, device T2 will be off, and device T1 on. Data D1 will be transferred to the output. Similarly, when clock C is low, C will be high, and data D2 will be transferred to the output. The disclosed circuit requires only three devices and involves only one stage of delay.
