EPROM Programming Apparatus

The programming of electronically programmable read-only memory (EPROM 10 (Fig. 1) is accomplished on systems having only one input port and one output port of 8-bits. The bit lines of the output port are divided so that the four low-order bits (0-3) function as a data bus, the three high- order bits (5-7) are used for select lines and the fourth high order bit (4) is used as a control line.
