Recent advances in coded aperture imaging have provided the concept of mosaicking in conjunction with uniformly redundant arrays (URAs) [*]. For such arrays a decoding array G can be constructed such that A*G is a true delta function, where A is an n x m array representing the coded aperture. These URAs are relatively open (Approximately Equal 50%). However, the possible values of n and m are severely restricted.
