Low Voltage Reference Generating Circuit

This article describes a low voltage (1.5-2.5V) reference generating circuit, which generates a constant voltage of two volts, having low sensitivity with respect to variation of the power supply and threshold voltage, low power consumption, large current driving capability, and a small layout area when incorporated in an integrated semiconductor chip. In particular, no resistors are required, and all devices utilized in this circuit are of reasonable size.
