An integrated circuit (IC) has been developed to interface transistor transistor logic (TTL) with a computer interface, e.g., the Naval Tactical Data System (NTDS) Type A (slow) driver. The NTDS slow driver circuit has a controlled transition time for cable lengths up to 310 feet, over IC case temperatures between -55 and 125 degrees C. Transition time is controlled by a capacitor external to each driver.
