System to Increase the Efficiency of the Holographic Energy Distribution for Individual Chip Replacement

Holograms of moderate efficiency can be used for selectively distributing the laser energy on chips. Here, the resulting effective efficiency reached is over 90 percent. The production of high efficiency phase holograms requires great effort. Phase holograms can be routinely made with an efficiency of about 50-60 percent. As shown in Fig. 1, the largest losses during reconstruction of the hologram occur in the formation of a 0/th/ order beam traveling in the direction of the illuminating light.
