Tilted Generator for Improved Start/Stop Operation

The problem of the seed bubble leaving the disk 10 of a generator to go to the leg 12 of an asymmetric C-bar 14 is eliminated by tilting the disk by a small angle, i.e., about 10 degrees, as shown in the drawing. The leg 12 of the C-bar 14 is also at an angle to accommodate the tilted disk 10. During the stop period with a holding field along the +Y direction, leg 12 of C-bar 14 is not yet "hot". As a result, the seed bubble 16 just rests at the bottom corner of the disk 10 and does not stretch to leg 12.
