Non Saturating NOR Logic Circuit

This article describes a new bipolar NOR logic circuit which is particularly suitable for large-scale integration (LSI) applications. The circuit employs a Schottky barrier diode for preventing transistor saturation and thereby giving higher speed circuit operation. This circuit uses the minimum possible number of circuit components for a basic LSI logic circuit. As a consequence, it has a very small cell area.
