FET Interface for Bootstrap Circuit

For many integrated circuit applications, such as low-level address input detection or high-drive data output capability, field-effect transistor (FET) circuits are required to convert a small voltage difference into full FET logic levels. A known approach to this level conversion is latching in combination with bootstrapping. One problem in the design of such a level converter is the proper adaptation of the bootstrap circuit to the latch.
