Resolving Entry Points in a Load Module

In the situation where a software utility or load module having a plurality of entry points is to be dynamically loaded and the resolution of all entry points accomplished with relative transparency to the calling application program, as described in the immediately preceding article (see Note 1 therein), it is important that the entry point code be minimized to avoid overhead penalties. In addition, this entry point interface code must be able to efficiently accomplish its stated purpose. One possible set of entry point codes which meets these criteria is described herein.
