The figure shows a blank 20 which may be folded to provide a jacket for a disk 22 to produce a disk-jacket assembly of the type disclosed in U.S. patent 3,668,658. Blank 20 has a rectangular sheet 24 of porous wipe material fixed to it which cleans disk 22 as disk 22 rotates within the completed disk-jacket assembly. Wipe 24, while lying flat with and being fixed on blank 20, has lubricant applied to it. This may be accomplished, for example, by spraying wipe 24 from a spray can 26 having the lubricant therein, or the lubricant could be impregnated in the wipe 24 during manufacture of the wipe.
