Abstract

During the manufacture of certain types of printed circuit boards, a full sheet of photoresist is used to protect the blank side of a panel during the etching operation. Stripping this photoresist is sometimes difficult due to the fact that the photoresist comes off the panel as a sheet. This sheet of photoresist can be sucked into the spray pump and cause plugged nozzles and other difficulties.
