The Tool is an adaptation of the IBM PC (Personal Computer) comprising appropriate application software that can provide a plurality of telephone services automatically. A large Data Processing Center may provide computer services to thousands of users. Historically, this environment employs special computer operators that answer telephone calls and respond to user requests when appropriate. Some examples of an end-user request are re-active a terminal, cancel a job, or cancel a session. Many of these requests are performed by human "User Help Personnel", because the end- user terminal is not available for use, or, the requested command is only available to a computer operator. In this environment, most of the requests are of the same nature but may need to occur on physically-different central processing units CPUs.
